Health and Wellness Coaching provides an individually tailored approach to assist you achieve your own health goals. I offer an initial FREE 60 minute consultation, which helps assess your health history. I believe it’s important to establish a friendly rapport, before we are comfortable to move forward together.

Each program begins with a questionnaire to assess your current state of health and wellness.

If you are already working hard towards your wellness and just need that extra help, then this program is for you. Together we can overcome the hurdles and make lifestyle changes that will stay that way.

Refresh

2 x 60 minute sessions

This is for past Wellness Tree clients who need a refresher. In the program we go through your original session’s goals, help get back on track anything that has slipped, plus create new goals to make your life balance even better. It’s a perfect way to reboot and continue on your healthy journey. 

Nutrition Overhaul

1 x 3 hour session

Over the course of 3 hours, we check out what’s in your pantry, talk about the positives and negatives, and how to change things for the better. After that, we go shopping together to show the best ways to pick out nutritious food at the supermarket, then do a meal plan that suits your diet and situation.
