A lot of people out there struggle with weight, chronic disease, are going through cancer treatment, or simply feel out of whack and aren’t sure what to do. If that sounds a little like you, I can help. Using nutrition as a foundation, I work to integrate positive changes in your relationship with food, exercise, career, and other key elements of your life. 

You’re not in this alone. I’m here to keep you accountable and give you a friendly nudge in the right direction when you need it.

Here we work together to pinpoint the biggest health issues affecting your life and create a plan to overcome them long term.

RESTORe

During this 3-month program, we get you back to the healthy person you once were through a series of 1:1 consultations.

 

TRANSFORM

Over 6-months we turn your life into one that’s happy, healthy and balanced, working together every step of the way.

NUTRITION OVERHAUL

Over 3-hours we check out what’s in your pantry, go shopping together and do meal planning to get you on the right track.

I gained a great deal of support from Tara on my quest to better my mind and health.  I am using techniques and recipes she shared with me throughout my course with her.  I now question things I go to do and ask if this is what I need to be healthy.  My 'to do' list is an important part of my everyday tasks.”
