Initial Consultation – $145
90 minutes – In clinic or telehealth
This deep-dive session explores your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals. Together, we’ll create a personalised, evidence-based plan to help you move forward with confidence.
Ongoing Consultations – $110
60 minutes – In clinic or telehealth
Ideal for continuing support, accountability, and treatment plan adjustments as needed.
Returning for a reset after some time away? Just book a regular follow-up and we’ll get you back on track.

1:1 Consultation
During these personal, one-on-one sessions we work together to pinpoint the biggest health issues affecting your life and create a plan to overcome them long term. Single sessions go for 1 hour, or you can choose ongoing programs depending on your situation.
