This day was a meaningful celebration of being here. Starting with an early surf with my boys, grounding myself in nature, and being reminded why I chose to stay.

It was a day shaped by the people who have walked beside me from the very beginning - my husband, my mum, my boys, family, and dear friends.

A day to slow down, care for my body, honour my journey, and celebrate life with laughter, connection, and gratitude.

I’m still here. Still laughing. Still choosing life - every single day.

Endless gratitude and thank you to my crew to create the best day @tim_hawken @susanpalmer9115 @simon_mckenney @carasollo @kyliej26 @eliza_helm @empireretreat @bluemannabistro

Sadly, I am part of a small percentage still here after a brain cancer diagnosis. In Australia, someone is diagnosed with brain cancer every 5 hours. Brain cancer is the leading cause of cancer death for people under 40, with tragically low survival rates with death within five years.
So please support and follow the incredible work of @braincancercentre and @carriesb4bc, to support brain cancer research, so others may have the chance to live the life I have. 🙏🧠

🌿 Spring is nature’s invitation to reset - not thr 🌿 Spring is nature’s invitation to reset - not through restriction, but through nourishment. After the slower winter months, our bodies crave lighter, fresher foods and more movement in the sun.

Here are a few simple ways to honour that shift:

✨ Start your mornings with hydration and light movement.
🥗 Add more colour - think greens, citrus, and berries.
💛 Eat mindfully, slow down, and connect with your body’s cues.
🌸 Spend more time outdoors - your nervous system will thank you. It’s not about a “detox”, it’s about balance and reconnection.

‘Friendship: A Key Ingredient for Health’ Good he ‘Friendship: A Key Ingredient for Health’

Good health isn’t just about what we eat or how we train—it’s also about the people we surround ourselves with. While in the Gold Coast☀️, my amazing friend Lyndall joined me for a tough training run in tropical weather🥵, preparing for the world’s toughest half-marathon up Mount Wellington in Tasmania . She’s not only doing the race with me, but she’s also been my rock, showing how powerful support can be in reaching our goals.

Whether in health, fitness, or life’s toughest moments, having someone who believes in you makes all the difference. I’m so grateful for Lyndall and everyone supporting me in raising donations for @braincancercentre research. Together, we are stronger, and together, sweat and all 🤣, we’ll make it to the top! 🙌

Support systems from friends, family, or community are vital for physical and mental health. It’s these connections that push us through the hardest challenges in life 🙏

Check out the link in my bio to donate to brain cancer research. Every dollar counts! 🧠💙
