As a Holistic Health and Wellness Coach, I am here to guide you in achieving a balanced, healthy lifestyle. I help assess all aspects of your life and provide advice on the best strategies for transitioning to a healthier life. I’m here to hold you up and push you along, to listen and mentor you.

It is achievable. All you need is a place to start and a clear direction, with some tools to remove the old unwanted habits and replace them with new fresh and beneficial ways.

Holistic Coaching provides an individually tailored approach to assist you achieve your own health goals. I offer an initial FREE 60 minute consultation, which helps assess your health history. I believe it’s important to establish a friendly rapport, before we are comfortable to move forward together.

Each program begins with a questionnaire to assess your current state of health and wellness. For every program I offer;

Option 1: Transformation

12 x 60 minute sessions over a 6 month time frame

Option 2: Restore

6 x 60 minute sessions over a 3 month time frame

The three-month program is an introduction to helping you make the first steps to changing your wellness levels through;

  • Movement and Physical Activity

If you are already working hard towards your wellness and just need that extra help, then this program is for you. Together we can overcome the hurdles and make lifestyle changes that will stay that way.

Option 3: Refresh

2 x 60 minute session

This is for past Wellness Tree clients who need a refresher. In the program we go through your original session’s goals, help get back on track anything that has slipped, plus create new goals to make your life balance even better. It’s a perfect way to reboot and continue on your healthy journey.
